Cancellation & Refund Policy
How to cancel a service request or raise a concern about completed work.
No physical returns
These listings are services. There is no parcel to return, original packaging requirement, return-shipping charge or restocking fee. Our company address is for correspondence, not the return of a purchased service.
Before work starts
As an additional commercial cancellation option, you may request cancellation within 30 calendar days of purchase if the service has not started, for a full refund of the service price paid. No cancellation fee applies to this option. This option does not limit any statutory rights. For other circumstances, contact us so the appropriate arrangement can be reviewed; no unannounced cancellation fee applies.
Statutory withdrawal
For a distance service contract, consumers generally have 14 calendar days to withdraw, beginning the day after the contract is concluded. You may withdraw by sending a clear statement by email or post; using our withdrawal form is optional. You do not need to provide a reason or obtain prior approval to exercise this right. Where the last day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the applicable legal extension is respected.
Starting within the withdrawal period
If you want service to begin before the withdrawal period ends, an express request must be collected on a durable medium. Where the law allows, withdrawal after work has begun may require payment only for the proportion of service actually provided. The right is lost for a fully performed service only when the legally required express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained. Choosing a preferred date alone does not give that consent.
Service quality concerns
Please contact us with the affected service, a booking reference if available, a description of the concern and relevant photos if appropriate. We will review the issue and discuss a suitable remedy, which may include further work, a partial refund or a full refund as appropriate and subject to your legal rights. Do not send payment-card information.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days of approval. Where statutory withdrawal requires repayment within 14 days of notification, that legal deadline also applies; internal review does not extend it. Payment-provider posting times may vary.
