Local outdoor care, with clear arrangements before a visit.
Services, not parcels
Our catalogue consists of on-site outdoor cleaning and light garden care, plus a remote Garden Photo Assessment. We do not ship physical merchandise under these listings. Parcel handling, transit and physical-goods delivery times do not apply.
Local service area
Our proposed local on-site service area is within 100 km of Tournon-sur-Rhône, France. On-site availability outside the local area requires separate confirmation. Travel arrangements, any additional costs and the scope of work must be agreed separately before an out-of-area visit. No additional amount is charged without your agreement.
Processing and preferred dates
We coordinate service requests within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays. Our daily processing cutoff is 19:00 Europe/Paris local time, which follows local seasonal time changes. Requests after the cutoff, on weekends or on public holidays begin their processing period on the next business day. Processing is the time used to review and coordinate your request, not a promised service-completion date. Preferred dates are requests only; a visit is confirmed separately after access, location and scope are checked.
Service fees
The local service option has a $0 visit fee within the proposed 100 km area. The remote assessment has no travel fee. These are service arrangements rather than shipping methods. Out-of-area costs are not included or automatically calculated; contact us to agree them before work. Prices are in USD. Checkout tax is $0; this does not represent a claim that a service is legally tax-exempt.
Site access and preparation
For water-based cleaning, provide a working outdoor water source and safe access. Clear movable objects and tell us about fragile finishes, damaged surfaces, drainage, hidden cables, irrigation fittings, pets and relevant access restrictions. Product pages list service-specific preparation and exclusions.
Weather and site suitability
Weather, site condition and safe access can affect whether work can proceed. If these prevent a planned visit, we will discuss a revised arrangement with you. No weather-related fee or change of scope is imposed without agreement.
Remote assessment
The $9.90 Garden Photo Assessment covers one property and up to three photos, with one written set of cleaning and light-care priorities. Send photos by email after purchase acceptance. The assessment is coordinated through the same processing window; completion timing is agreed separately. It does not include an on-site visit or a formal property survey.
