Before your service
Provide safe access on the working sides and identify delicate plants or nesting activity.
Aftercare & guidance
Do not immediately apply harsh treatments to freshly cut foliage. Check plant-specific seasonal guidance before the next trim.

Measure the area or length before choosing your scope. Select the relevant surface / setting. If the work exceeds our largest option, contact us to agree a separate quote. A preferred date does not confirm a visit.
Cancellation & refunds
Before work starts, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase. Statutory rights also apply. Approved refunds are processed within 10 calendar days, subject to earlier applicable legal deadlines.
