Before your service
Identify access routes and any delicate planted areas. Tell us about unusual waste before booking.
Aftercare & guidance
Check paths regularly during leaf fall. Wet leaves can make surfaces slippery; repeat visits are purchased separately.
Scope & appointment guide
Measure the area or length before choosing your scope. Select the relevant surface / setting. If the work exceeds our largest option, contact us to agree a separate quote. A preferred date does not confirm a visit.
Cancellation & refunds
Before work starts, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase. Statutory rights also apply. Approved refunds are processed within 10 calendar days, subject to earlier applicable legal deadlines.
